Strong Foundations

This morning I had the wonderful experience of having breakfast with a person that I greatly admire and respect.  The conversation was easy and itCoffee ranged from business to family to tips & recommendations.  It was the first time we met one on one but already I have started to create a professional and personal bond with this person.  That first step, that one interaction, that initial bond, will grow and eventually it will be the basis of a strong foundation.   A strong foundation between colleagues, and clients, is essential when collaborating with each other to help families in transition.  What do you do to build a strong foundation?
